BRING YOUR SALES SKILLS TO THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

Capstone Connectors is hiring a full-time, fully remote sales representative for its Miami, Florida opportunity. If you can lead a useful conversation, earn a prospect's trust, and follow through on next steps, your sales background could translate well to our real estate-focused business.

A real estate license is not required. Previous experience in real estate is also optional: we teach the industry, while you bring the communication skills and consistency that make a sales process work.

YOUR WORKDAY

You'll speak with investors, business owners, and prospective clients through scheduled calls and follow-up conversations. Your job is to understand their goals, explain our services and available options, answer questions, and help qualified opportunities progress. You'll keep the CRM current so the team knows what was discussed and what happens next.

Success here depends on listening as much as presenting. We value thoughtful questions, clear explanations, professional objection handling, and dependable follow-up.

THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may come from automotive sales, insurance, home services, account management, business development, mortgage sales, or another field where conversations lead to decisions. You don't have to arrive as a real estate expert.

You should be comfortable speaking by phone and Zoom, organizing your activity in a CRM, and following a repeatable sales process. Reliable internet access, a suitable remote work setup, and a coachable attitude are essential.

LEARN THE BUSINESS WITH SUPPORT

Onboarding covers real estate investing fundamentals, common terminology, company services, and the way we work with investors. You'll also receive training on CRM use, follow-up, sales conversations, and handling objections. Ongoing coaching and call review help you strengthen your skills as you learn.

This is an opportunity to apply the sales experience you already have while developing knowledge of the real estate investing industry. Strong performers may take on additional responsibility as the company grows.

POSITION AND PAY

Full-time | Fully remote | Miami, FL

Salary: $2,162 to $3,362 per week.
