REMOTE SALES OPPORTUNITY — MIAMI, FL This fully remote sales role supports a Miami-focused team serving real estate investors and professionals who need connections to hard-money and private-money funding resources for investment-property transactions. The work centers on relationship building through personalized online outreach rather than high-volume call-center activity. You will research active real estate operators, begin relevant conversations through social platforms, introduce qualified people to a private funding and deal-flow community, and schedule short onboarding or triage calls with the team. WHO YOU WILL CONNECT WITH Prospects may include fix-and-flip investors, landlords, BRRRR investors, wholesalers, creative-finance operators, brokers, investor-friendly agents, real estate educators, coaches, and other professionals whose networks regularly encounter investment deals requiring capital. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Find active investors and referral partners through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, investor groups, and other real estate communities • Research prospects before outreach so messages are relevant to the person and their business • Use approved scripts and authentic professional social profiles to send individualized direct messages • Introduce appropriate prospects to the private real estate funding and deal-flow community • Schedule qualified prospects for brief onboarding or triage conversations • Maintain clear and accurate notes in the lead tracker • Conduct follow-up professionally without using pressure or spam tactics • Participate in weekly setter coaching, message reviews, and accountability sessions • Maintain required activity levels and use KPI feedback to improve performance WHAT SUCCESS REQUIRES Strong candidates communicate clearly in written English and are comfortable interacting with investors, business owners, and real estate professionals. This position also requires consistency, reliability, coachability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You should be able to review a prospect's background and write outreach that feels personal rather than generic. An authentic and professional Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn presence appropriate for business conversations is required. You must also have dependable internet access and be comfortable working with tools such as Zoom, Google Docs or Sheets, Messenger, and a CRM or lead-tracking system. Attendance at required weekly training and team meetings is part of the role. You do not need to begin as a real estate funding expert, but you must be willing to learn hard-money and private-money terminology along with the language commonly used by real estate investors. EXPERIENCE THAT CAN HELP Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, recruiting, lead generation, or social selling is useful but not mandatory. Background in real estate investing, lending, mortgages, wholesaling, property management, or financial services can also be valuable. Familiarity with concepts such as ARV, LTV, LTC, rehab budgets, bridge loans, fix-and-flip projects, BRRRR, DSCR, proof of funds, draw schedules, and exit strategies is helpful but not required. ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS After training, representatives are expected to complete at least 30 new personalized outbound messages during each working day and accurately document conversations and scheduled calls. Once fully ramped, the performance target is 7–10 qualified appointments per week. Actual results can differ based on individual skill, consistency, market conditions, lead quality, and account health. Professional conduct and adherence to applicable platform rules are required throughout the outreach process. TRAINING AND ACCOUNTABILITY The process begins with a live group interview covering the position and expectations. Team members receive training on identifying real estate investor prospects and conducting personalized social outreach. Ongoing support includes weekly setter coaching, campaign troubleshooting, message review, scripts, FAQs, lead-sheet standards, and KPI tracking. Strong performers may have the opportunity to develop toward team leadership responsibilities. COMPENSATION Salary: $2,101 to $3,101 per week. OUTREACH AND ETHICAL STANDARDS All representatives must operate through truthful identities and authentic professional profiles. Impersonation, discriminatory outreach, spam, unauthorized automation, misleading statements about funding, guaranteed approvals, fabricated loan terms, and requests for sensitive borrower information through unsecured direct messages are not permitted. APPLICATION PROCESS Submit a current resume and complete the screening questions. Candidates who meet the initial requirements may be invited to a live group information session covering compensation, daily responsibilities, training, expectations, and the next stage of the process. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Applicants are considered based on relevant factors such as communication ability, reliability, professionalism, coachability, ethical judgment, availability, and performance-related qualifications. Employment decisions are not based on protected characteristics.
