The Role:

This is a consulting-focused opportunity combining customer advisory, solution design and implementation. You'll work directly with customers to understand their challenges, identify where AI can create value, and help turn those opportunities into practical solutions.

Your work could include:

• Advising customers on Microsoft 365, Copilot and Generative AI opportunities.
• Running discovery sessions, workshops and technical discussions.
• Designing and implementing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry.
• Designing AI agents and automated workflows around real business processes.
• Translating business requirements into practical solution designs.
• Supporting customers from initial ideas through to implementation.
• Working alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers and other specialists to deliver projects.
• Keeping up with the rapidly evolving Microsoft AI ecosystem and sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers.

About You

You might be a Microsoft 365 Consultant, Power Platform Consultant, AI Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solution Architect or have developed your experience in a similar role.

We're particularly interested in people with experience in some of the following:

• Microsoft 365, Copilot & Power Platform
• Copilot Studio, Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry or comparable AI platforms.
• Generative AI, AI agents, automation or intelligent business solutions.
• Technology consulting, solution design or customer-facing technical roles.
• Understanding how technology can be integrated with business processes and data.
• Running workshops or working directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to explain complex technology clearly and translate business needs into practical solutions.

Fluent German is essential, alongside good English.
