Who we are looking for: Cornerstone Capital Bank is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer . Someone who is passionate about providing technical solutions to complex business challenges, embracing Azure AD for cloud-based identity services, and supporting an active directory environment. Location: Houston hybrid or San Antonio hybrid Key Responsibilities: User account provisioning, group and MS Teams administration In-Tune mobile device management, being an integral resource for interesting projects & consistently improving processes with automation through PowerShell, Flow and APIs. Manage and maintain the M365 environment, including services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, Ensure system health, security, and proper functioning for end-users Responsible for deployments, configurations, and support for M365 applications and features Establish and perform the O365 best practices Perform administrative maintenance on the O365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations Work with various IT teams as required to support O365 related initiatives Perform product testing and integration testing Identify security risks to our O365 environment and services and suggest mitigation solutions What you’ll need to be successful: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT and business work experience and 4 years in focus area Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as Active Directory, OKTA, & Microsoft “cloud” solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure) Requires demonstrated ability to be involved with multiple IT projects and deliver on time and within budget Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with people within different levels of an organization Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail What To Do Next If Cornerstone Home Lending sounds like the place for you (and if you have the qualifications, drive, and passion to match), we invite you to become a member of our winning team!
