What you will do: Engineer and maintain Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services with a focus on security, availability, and reliability Administer, support, and configure enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments Support and optimize Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Teams-related technical issues Contribute to the development and expansion of the Axpo Microsoft 365 and Azure platform Support the transition from on-premises environments, such as Skype for Business, to Microsoft 365 cloud services What you bring & who you are: Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator Associate, or Teams Administrator Associate are an advantage Understanding of IT security principles and a risk-based security-by-design approach Experience with OnPrem Skype for Business infrastructures and ideally SIP/SBC solutions such as Audiocodes Strong hands-on mindset, collaborative approach, and enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies Proficient English skills; ideally, you also have some knowledge of German About the team: You will join an international and collaborative team that values knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.
