This is a hands-on engagement covering the entire migration lifecycle, from discovery and target-state design through to Microsoft 365 migration, domain cutover, device transition, hypercare, and source-tenant decommissioning. What you'll be responsible for Assessing and documenting the source Microsoft 365 environment Designing coexistence and target-state architecture Migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams Assessing and transitioning Slack channels, workflows and integrations Migrating Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platforms Coordinating Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitions Managing domain, DNS and mail-flow cutover activities Delivering hypercare, stabilisation and operational handover Producing migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentation We're looking for someone with experience in: ✅ Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations ✅ Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive & Teams migrations ✅ Entra ID, SSO, Enterprise Applications & SCIM ✅ ShareGate or equivalent migration tooling ✅ Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot ✅ Power Platform, PowerShell & automation remediation ✅ Slack migration and collaboration platform transitions ✅ DNS, domain transfer, SPF, DKIM & DMARC cutovers ✅ Technical project governance and stakeholder management About you Proven track record delivering complex M365 migration programmes Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on technical levels Strong documentation, planning and stakeholder engagement skills Able to identify risks, dependencies and remediation requirements UK-based and available to support workshops and key migration activities The Bigger Picture Whilst we value professional experiences and qualifications, we’re committed to maintaining a culture of growth and development here at Radar Healthcare.
