Microsoft AI Implementation Engineer

We're looking for a Microsoft AI Implementation Engineer to join our team! If you're passionate about building real, production-grade AI agents inside the Microsoft ecosystem — designing, building, and running agentic AI solutions on Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Azure — we'd love to hear from you.

• Design grounded conversational agents in Copilot Studio (topics, knowledge grounding, custom actions, reusable Skills).
• Orchestrate multi-agent systems in Microsoft Foundry: tool use, memory, checkpointing, human-in-the-loop escalation.
• Build enterprise integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph API, and custom REST/EDI connectors.
• Implement document extraction with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Automate workflows with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder).
• Apply real governance: DLP, audit trails, RBAC, Key Vault, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Take solutions through dev → test → prod with IaC (Bicep/ARM) and CI/CD, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.

✅ Fluent spoken English, with the ability to communicate directly and confidently with clients.

✅ Real, hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack: Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, Logic Apps/Functions, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph.

✅ Solid Azure fundamentals: Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, App Insights, Log Analytics.

✅ Track record taking solutions to real production — not just demos or proofs-of-concept.

⭐ Azure AI Document Intelligence.

⭐D365 / Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Teams integrations.

⭐Experience with agentic AI: evals, guardrails, confidence gating.

⭐Certifications: AI-102, AZ-204, PL-400, PL-600, AZ-305 (or the Copilot Studio Applied Skills credential).

• A production-first mindset: building solutions that are reliable and maintainable, not just proof-of-concept demos.
• Strong ownership and autonomy in client-facing engagements.
• Attention to governance and compliance by design (DLP, audit trails, human-in-the-loop, HIPAA/GDPR/SOC 2 awareness).
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
