Urgent Role-Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Lead Engineer Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Gurgaon (Preferred Location-Pune) Notice Period-Immediate Mode-Hybrid (Once in a week, need to visit client location)  Primary Skills - Implementation- from Scratch, Migration, Integration, Enhancements- D365, Good to have Python/ Dotnet Experience Required- 10Years+ (relevant in D365 is 5 to 8 Years) Please find below JD. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Lead Engineer Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) based on business requirements. Analyze and gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality. Customize D365 to meet the specific needs of the organization, including workflow, forms, views, dashboards, and reports. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to user queries. Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications. Develop and manage data migration processes for moving data into D365 from legacy systems. Assist in user training and create user manuals to ensure effective use of D365 solutions. Perform system upgrades, patches, and general system maintenance. Maintain system performance and apply best practices to ensure optimal performance of D365. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and deploy enhancements to the system. Continuously evaluate new features in D365 and suggest improvements or upgrades. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service.). Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as CRM and Operations. Experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., workflows, forms, custom entities). Proficiency with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and systems. Strong knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting and data analysis. Experience with Dynamics 365 online and on-premise versions. Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations). Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate for building custom solutions. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with DevOps practices in D365.
