Microsoft Excel Reporting Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking experienced Excel Specialists to contribute to an AI training initiative focused on improving the creation, understanding, and modification of Microsoft Office documents, including Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx). You will use your business and document expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality feedback. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic business scenarios using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Create and review complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
• Evaluate and compare AI-generated Office documents.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
• Develop business use cases across finance, operations, HR, marketing, consulting, and other functions.
• Collaborate remotely while maintaining high-quality documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, reporting, or financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and document quality.
• Experience in Fortune 500 or enterprise environments is preferred.
