Lead AI Compliance Architect (The Evidence Builder)

Job Description ​Role Overview ​We don’t believe in "Paper Compliance." As the Lead AI Compliance Architect, your job is to turn legal clauses (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST) into technical specifications. You will bridge the gap between the Legal department’s requirements and the Data Scientist’s notebook. ​Key Responsibilities ​Clause Mapping: Map global regulatory requirements to specific, measurable technical "Evidence" within the DotCoAI platform. ​Audit-Ready Workflows: Design automated workflows that capture model metadata, training logs, and validation results as immutable compliance records. ​Gap Analysis: Conduct deep-dive assessments of existing models to identify non-compliance with emerging standards like the EU AI Act. ​Vendor Risk Management: Lead the technical vetting of third-party AI providers and API-based models. ​Qualifications ​Experience: 7+ years in Compliance Engineering or Technical Audit. ​Deep Domain Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and GDPR. ​Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and a working understanding of Python/JSON for reviewing model configuration files. ​Education: BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.
