Rate: €550–€580 per day

Working Pattern: Hybrid 2- 3 days onsite, remainder remote

Start: ASAP / Immediate

Working Rights: Full working rights in Ireland required

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Microsoft Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 to support a key technology implementation project for a major organisation based in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, deployment and adoption of Microsoft Teams, working closely with technical teams, users and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Teams across the organisation.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Teams in line with organisational requirements and best practices.
• Support Teams-related migrations, deployments and technical changes.
• Work across the wider Microsoft 365 environment to ensure effective integration and implementation.
• Assess existing Teams usage, configurations and requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of Teams policies, settings, permissions and governance.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues throughout the implementation.
• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Support user onboarding, adoption and knowledge transfer as part of the Teams rollout.
• Produce and maintain implementation documentation, configuration records and technical guidance.
• Coordinate implementation activities, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Provide hands-on support during deployment and go-live activities.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and technical dependencies where appropriate.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Microsoft Implementation Specialist, Microsoft 365 Specialist, Teams Specialist or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and administering Microsoft Teams.
• Good knowledge of the wider Microsoft 365 platform and its integration with Teams.
• Experience with Teams configuration, policies, permissions, governance and deployment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams rollouts, migrations or major implementation projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and modern workplace environments.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of implementation activities from planning through to delivery.
• Experience supporting users and driving adoption of new Microsoft technologies would be highly advantageous.
