Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform & Dataverse Administrator to manage, govern and optimise enterprise Microsoft Power Platform environments.

The role focuses on Power Platform administration, Dataverse, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 governance, security and compliance, ensuring secure and scalable enterprise solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + minimum 12 years' experience OR Master's degree + minimum 8 years' experience.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power BI and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of DLP policies, environment management, tenant administration and security controls.
• Experience managing Dataverse security, permissions, integrations and storage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC and Group-Based Licensing.
• Experience with Azure integrations, APIs, on-premises gateways and hybrid connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of platform monitoring, licensing, capacity management and ALM.
• Fluent English with excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power Platform governance frameworks, environment strategies and security policies.
• Administer Power Platform environments, tenant settings, security groups, DLP policies and licensing.
• Manage Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, permissions, business units, backups, storage and integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power Automate flows, connectors and business-critical automations.
• Administer Copilot Studio, including AI agent deployment, authentication, knowledge sources and governance.
• Manage platform monitoring, audit logs, security controls, capacity and compliance.
• Support Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Implement Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access and identity management controls.
• Coordinate application lifecycle management (ALM), platform upgrades and deployments.
• Support citizen developers and business stakeholders with governance and best practices.
