Mid-Level Business Analysts (× 3)

Description

We’re looking for 3 mid-level Business Analysts to support several corporate projects at one of Greece’s major banks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements (BRDs and user stories), preparing and executing business scenarios, process modeling, and gap analysis
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Experience in banking or financial services is a strong plus

Work Conditions

• Employment Type: This is a full-time position for candidates who are based in Athens. Both employees and independent contractors (freelancers) are welcome to apply. The contract will be directly with our client; Rational Data is only supporting the recruitment effort.
• Location: This is a hybrid role with 2 days remote and 3 days at offices in Athens (Votanikos).
• Working Days: Aligned with the standard Greek work schedule.
