📍 Location: Lisbon — 3x/week onsite preferred

🌍 Language: English at least B2 mandatory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years experience as DevOps engineer
• Practical experience with Ansible and Python scripting
• Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience with OpenShift, Helm and containerised environments
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus and Elastic/Kibana
• Application troubleshooting and incident-analysis experience
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry, REST APIs, Infrastructure as Code, distributed systems or relational databases will be valued.

What You’ll Do

• In this role, you will work with Ansible, Python, GitLab CI/CD, OpenShift and Helm, helping automate operational processes, support deployments and maintain containerised applications.
• You will also contribute to monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus and Elastic/Kibana, while investigating incidents across applications, integrations and services.
