Role Summary This is a technically focused mid-level role suited to designers who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced, high-calibre studio environment. This is not a junior or developmental role — candidates must bring strong technical execution, proven experience, and the ability to operate with a degree of independence while collaborating across multiple project leads. Key Requirements Around 4 years of relevant interior design experience Strong background in luxury residential, hospitality, or premium F&B environments Advanced Revit proficiency (non-negotiable) Relevant qualification from a recognised design institution Ability to manage independent workstreams while collaborating across teams Comfortable working under pressure in a high-performance environment Proactive mindset with willingness to contribute beyond a rigid job scope Ideal Candidate Profile Experience within high-calibre or well-known design studios Exposure to luxury projects locally or internationally Commercial awareness alongside strong design sensibility Polished, detail-oriented, and highly responsive Application Requirements Portfolio showcasing high-end/luxury project work Clear demonstration of Revit capability and depth of usage Overview of previous companies and calibre of studio experience Highlighted international or premium hospitality/residential exposure (if applicable) Remote Competitive Salary
