Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, financing documents, and related deal documents.
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction work across multiple matters.

Handle corporate matters such as entity formations, corporate structuring, and ongoing client advice.
Work closely with partners and engage directly with clients on transactional and corporate matters.
What We're Looking For
Four to eight years of M&A and private equity transactional experience at a law firm.
A Juris Doctor degree and experience independently leading M&A deals end to end.
Experience with private equity-sponsored transactions, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including purchase and merger agreements.
Licensed to practice law in Missouri, or willing to obtain Missouri licensure.
Experience managing multiple matters, client relationships, and the demands of law firm practice.
General corporate experience, including formations and entity structuring, is valuable; debt financing, equity structuring, or cross-border experience is also relevant.
Must have US work authorization. Law firm experience is required.
