Mid-Level Social Media Specialist

Siu Digital is a content-driven digital agency with over 30 team members, also housing a tech start-up developing its own software products. We are a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that focuses on continuous production. We are looking for a motivated Mid-Level Social Media Specialist to join our growing social media team in Ankara on a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

As a Mid-Level Social Media Specialist, You Will Take Ownership Of Managing Social Media Channels, Developing Engaging Content Strategies, And Executing Digital Campaigns For Our Clients. You Will

• Manage day-to-day operations across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and active engagement.
• Develop social media content plans and creative campaign ideas, with a primary focus on tourism and destination marketing.
• Partner closely with Graphic Designers and Content Strategists to brainstorm visual formats, write clear briefs, and bring innovative social concepts to life.
• Write clear, engaging, and tone-appropriate copy tailored to target audiences across different digital channels.
• Track digital marketing trends, platform updates, and benchmark global campaigns to keep brand channels fresh and relevant.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular analytics reports, and turn data insights into actionable improvements for social media strategy.
  
  

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in social media management, with at least 1 year in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of social media language, storytelling, and digital audience behavior.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (scheduling, reporting, social listening) and Meta Business Suite.
• Solid understanding of content marketing, social media algorithms, and digital campaign structures.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with design teams and manage content calendars under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and high attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
