Bitcube is seeking a skilled Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is built for a designer who is ready to move beyond basic execution and take ownership of the end-to-end design lifecycle. If you are passionate about crafting intuitive interfaces and have a strong

foundation in both user research and high-fidelity visual design, we want to meet you.

Role Overview:

• Design Ownership: Own the design process for key projects, from initial discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI execution.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, competitor audits, and usability
• tests to validate designs and improve user journeys.
• Prototyping & Interaction: Build interactive, clickable prototypes using Figma to demonstrate functionality and user flow.
• Design Systems: Create, and maintain consistency within design systems and UI style guides.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to implement designs that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Developer Handoff: Document specifications and deliver final assets to development teams for accurate implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, typically with a portfolio showcasing web/mobile projects.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma (including variables, auto-layout, and prototyping). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Accessibility (WCAG): A fundamental understanding of colour contrast, touch targets, and screen-reader-friendly design.
• Process: Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, wireframing, and user flow mapping.
• Design System Knowledge: Experience working within or contributing to established design systems.
• Communication: Ability to present work and articulate design decisions.
• Collaboration: Strong skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field would give you a big advantage.
