Where ambitious people connect the dots and grow

At Confirm, we’re building what’s next in workforce enablement. We connect the dots between learning, engagement and performance, using intelligent technology, content and data to help organisations unlock the potential of their people.

We’re a growing, global team where people are trusted to make an impact, take ownership and grow. Our values are at the heart of how we work: Do the right thing, We’ve got your back and Raise the bar. We care about doing work that matters, challenging ourselves to do it better and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Confirm is a B Corp certified business and a Platinum Investors in People organisation. We’re also proud of the recognition our work has received across the industry, including multiple Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards.

If you’re looking for your next challenge, want the space to make your mark and like the idea of building something ambitious with good people around you, you’ve come to the right place.

About the role

At Confirm, our Account Managers are central to the growth of our customers. As an AM, your role goes beyond transactional sales, you are a trusted growth advisor who understands your customers’ strategic goals and proactively identifies ways the Confirm solution can support them.

This is a hunter role: growth is not assumed through organic account expansion, it is generated. You bring the commercial instinct to build your own pipeline from within your accounts, and the credibility to engage confidently with executives and a customer's wider tech stack. Renewals sit with the Customer Value Manager; this role is focused solely on identifying, building and closing new growth.

This role is solely and fully responsible for cross-sell revenue across your portfolio of existing accounts. Growth ownership is not shared with, or delegated to, the CVM team or any other function, the AM owns the cross-sell outcome for every account in their book, from opportunity identification through close, working closely with the aligned Customer Value Manager throughout: they lead on renewal, adoption and account health, you lead on growth, and account intelligence flows both ways to keep the customer experience joined up.

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Take full, sole ownership of self-generated and CSQL cross-sell pipeline for every account in your book of business: identification, business case, negotiation, and close. No other function shares accountability for this outcome.
  • Own the growth strategy for your accounts: develop and execute strategic account plans — including discovery, stakeholder mapping, business case development, and mapping the customer's technology and tech stack — with a focus on future strategy, insight and value-led ROI. Build this as one coordinated account plan, developed with input from the Customer Value Manager on agreed customer outcomes, realised value, adoption, relationships and risk, rather than running a separate version.

  • Plan and prioritise your book, activities, and meetings to ensure you are focused on your best growth opportunities.

  • Maintain a two-way exchange of account intelligence with the Customer Value Manager, sharing the risk, stakeholder and commercial signals you pick up during growth conversations.

  • In return, draw on the CVM's context on customer outcomes, adoption, value and renewal health. Renewal and retention remain solely owned by the CVM; this exchange simply keeps both roles working from the same picture.

  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across departments with key decision-makers and stakeholders — including economic buyers and champions — as you expand into new business units and geographies within each account.

  • Demonstrate sales operational excellence by maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline tracking for your growth pipeline.

  • Participate in Strategic Business Reviews led by the Customer Value Manager, leading the future-strategy, growth and commercial elements where relevant — one coordinated customer conversation, with clear ownership of each part.

  • Promote the value of the Confirm solution and services on an ongoing basis. Using external tools (eg; LinkedIn) to promote the Confirm solution.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • B2B SaaS sales experience: Proven performance carrying and exceeding a growth or new-business quota in B2B SaaS. HR tech experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Results focused: Driven to achieve targets, with a high degree of comfort with tangible goals, quota accountability, and a strong desire for success.

  • Experience with structured sales methodologies and qualification (eg; MEDDPICC)

  • Strong command of discovery, ROI selling, objection handling, and negotiation.

  • Demonstrated ability to build a growth pipeline through account prospecting and developing account plans.

  • Skilled in delivering compelling sales presentations, both virtually and on-site, to C-level & stakeholders.

  • Highly collaborative; thrives in partnership with cross-functional teams, including CVMs.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

  • Organised and rigorous: Excellent time management, with the ability to organise, prioritise and execute on multiple tasks, taking accountability for delivering on promises.

  • Adaptable, coachable, and proactive in dynamic environments.

  • Passionate about continuous improvement and customer-centric thinking.

Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm UK time on 30th October 2026.
