Mid-Market Sales Executive (Healthcare)

RxDiet is hiring a Mid-Market Sales Executive to drive new business across mid-market payer and provider programs nationwide. This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll prospect, pitch, and close new accounts, then hand off cleanly to RxDiet's onboarding and operations teams for launch. Key Responsibilities Prospect, pitch, and close new mid-market accounts nationwide Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal/RFP response, contracting, and handoff to onboarding Represent RxDiet's medically tailored nutrition program to program administrators Build and maintain a pipeline of mid-market targets in Zoho CRM, tracking outreach, meetings, and contract status Tailor RxDiet's value proposition — outcomes data, retention rates, and cost savings — to each program's population and needs Coordinate with Operations teams on program launches and ongoing account support Stay current on state-level program requirements across target states What we are looking for 3+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in senior care, home-delivered meals, or related healthcare services Track record of managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close in a mid-market or SMB context Familiarity with PACE, waiver programs, or aging services is a strong plus Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and CRM pipeline management Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel as needed for finalist presentations and program launches What We Offer Competitive salary (OTE up to $200,000 per year) and equity options. 100% company-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K Flexible PTO and fully remote work environment.
