Mid-to-Senior Revit Residential Drafter

Across Clocks is hiring a Mid-to-Senior Revit Residential Drafter to support a U.S.-based residential architecture practice.

This is a hands-on Revit production role for someone who can take a floor plan, sketch, or design direction and develop it into a coordinated residential Revit model and construction drawing set.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit skills, practical residential construction knowledge, and experience producing detailed plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, construction details, and sheet sets. The role requires accuracy, independence, and strong communication.

The position will begin part-time, with the potential to transition into a long-term full-time role based on performance and workload.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update residential Revit models from floor plans, sketches, and design direction.
• Produce coordinated construction drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and sheets.
• Maintain model and drawing accuracy as projects change.
• Assist with framing-related documentation and site plans when needed.
• Perform quality checks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English is required. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and be easily understood in professional conversations with a U.S.-based team.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Professional experience with residential architectural projects and construction documentation.
• Practical understanding of residential building construction and technical detailing.
• Ability to develop complete 3D Revit models and coordinated drawing sets.
• Strong attention to detail, independence, responsiveness.

Preferred

• Experience with U.S. residential projects.
• Familiarity with U.S. residential construction and framing.
• Experience with permit drawing sets and site plans.
• Portfolio showing relevant Revit residential work.
