In this role you will: Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production infrastructure. Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues before they impact customers. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term preventive solutions. Automate operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting. Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure (ECS Fargate) and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters. Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Improve observability by developing monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards. Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. Participate in incident response and on-call rotations. Continuously optimize infrastructure costs, security, and operational efficiency. Skills and experience you will need: 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, Route53, EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.). Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. Strong hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation. Experience administering Kubernetes clusters (preferably Amazon EKS) and ECS Fargate. Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Docker and containerized applications. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, CloudWatch). Experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar). Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, Routing, Firewalls). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience troubleshooting complex production incidents and performing root cause analysis (RCA). English level: Intermediate+ or higher. Would be a plus: Experience with HashiCorp Vault. Experience with ArgoCD, FluxCD, or GitOps workflows. Experience administering PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Kafka. Knowledge of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets, Incident Management). Experience with Security best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks). Experience working in high-load, highly available production environments. Experience with GCP or Hetzner. AWS or Kubernetes certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, CKAD).
