■ Position: FULLTIME Middle Senior Back-end Engineer (+ with experience in AI/NLP Application)

■ Job description:

• Analyze requirements and design AI/NLP solutions.

• Collaborate with the PM and team members to plan and report on implementation progress.

• Build and maintain pipelines for text document processing and efficient information retrieval.

• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources (databases, APIs, SaaS platforms) and optimize retrieval and inference performance.

• Test and enhance pipelines, data processing modules, and LLM integration to ensure reliability, scalability, and high performance.

• Proactively propose ideas to improve system architecture and overall project efficiency

■ Necessary Requirement

• From 25 - 32 yrs

• Diploma: Bachelor's degree or higher (excluding vocational school graduates)_Major: Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology

• Working experience : 3 years ++ hand on experience

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Ability to customize and extend low-code platforms (e.g., Dify, N8N).

• Experience with vector databases and search techniques (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines (multi-source retrieval, reranking, metadata-driven search).

• Experience in fine-tuning/adapting LLMs (LoRA, prompt engineering).

• Experience with text data processing (preprocessing, metadata tagging, feature extraction, embeddings).

• Experience working with GPT-based and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral).

• Deployment experience on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

• Strong understanding of SaaS integration and hybrid system architecture.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with search and retrieval systems (Azure AI Search, Elastic, hybrid solutions).

• Understanding of LLM orchestration and product workflows (multi-step pipelines, chatbot architecture).

• Familiarity with LLM evaluation/testing frameworks (Ragas, Promptfoo).

• Experience with MLOps for LLM (lifecycle, monitoring, drift detection).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).

• Knowledge of monitoring/logging systems (Sentry, Grafana).

■ Working time: Mon- Fri 8:30 to 17:30 (can work from home)

■ Salary: up to 60 Mil gross
