Middle SEO Specialist | Kosmo

We are currently looking for a strong Middle SEO Specialist to join Kosmo — a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Launch and manage SEO projects across international markets.
• Work with multiple websites simultaneously, set priorities, and monitor their performance.
• Monitor indexing, rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
• Diagnose ranking and traffic drops and implement website recovery approaches.
• Analyze drop/expired domains, their history, and backlink profiles.
• Work with website migrations and different approaches to transferring SEO signals.
• Analyze SERPs and competitors, test SEO hypotheses, and scale successful solutions.
• Work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Standardize and automate recurring SEO processes.
• Collaborate with other teams and ensure SEO tasks are implemented effectively.

Must-have experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Experience independently launching and managing SEO projects.
• Experience managing multiple websites or SEO projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of indexing and deindexing factors, ranking and traffic drops, and website recovery approaches.
• Practical understanding of working with drop/expired domains.
• Understanding of website migrations and authority transfer methods, including 3xx redirects, canonical, and hreflang.
• Confident use of Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience using AI tools such as GPT, Claude, or alternatives for SEO tasks.
• Automation-oriented mindset and ability to identify opportunities to optimize repetitive work.
• Intermediate English.
• Experience with website networks, mass website launches, AI-generated content, custom SEO automation tools, or highly competitive international niches will be a plus.
