We are looking for an Amazing: MLOps Specialist (HYBRID @ Braga)

Seniority: +5 years

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field;
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering or a related field;
• Solid experience designing, implementing and maintaining MLOps and machine learning infrastructure;
• Strong experience with Python and scripting;
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for machine learning and software projects;
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised environments;
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration;
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure or GCP;
• Experience deploying, monitoring and managing machine learning models in production;
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including model training, validation, deployment, monitoring and retraining;
• Experience with MLflow or similar model lifecycle and experiment tracking platforms;
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform;
• Good understanding of Git and version control practices;
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability practices;
• Understanding of data pipelines and integration with data platforms;
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, automation and maintainable code;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment;
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML or Google Vertex AI;
• Experience with Kubeflow or other ML orchestration platforms;
• Experience with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools;
• Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming technologies;
• Experience with LLMOps / Generative AI workflows;
• Experience implementing model monitoring, drift detection and model performance monitoring;
• Experience with Databricks or similar data/AI platforms;
• Related certifications.
