Mobile App Developer (Flutter) – Remote

About us

BrightBench Labs builds subscription-based mobile apps for iOS and Android. We're a small, early-stage studio, and you'll be one of our first team members, taking our apps from idea to launch.

The role

We're looking for a mobile developer who can own the full process: building the app, setting up the backend, integrating subscriptions, and publishing on the App Store and Google Play. You'll work directly with the founder and have a real say in how our products are built.

What you'll do

- Build cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter, from first screen to final release

- Set up and manage backend services (Firebase or similar): authentication, database, storage, cloud functions

- Integrate in-app subscriptions and paywalls using RevenueCat

- Add analytics and crash reporting to track how users use the app

- Publish and maintain apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including builds, store listings, and handling review feedback

- Set up build pipelines (e.g. Codemagic) and keep all code in the company GitHub repository

- Fix bugs and ship updates based on user feedback and data

What we're looking for

- At least 1 year of hands-on mobile app development experience

- Strong skills in Flutter and Dart

- Experience with Firebase or a similar backend

- At least one app you've built that's live on the App Store or Google Play

- Familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console

- Experience with in-app purchases or subscriptions (RevenueCat is a plus)

- Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly in a remote team

Nice to have

- Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)

- Understanding of app store optimization (ASO) and subscription growth

- Basic UI/UX design sense

What we offer

- Salary: PKR 60,000 per month
