ITC Digital Solutions is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, and support secure mobile applications for federal customers. This role will contribute to the delivery of innovative, reliable, and scalable mobile solutions while ensuring compliance with federal security and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop native and cross-platform mobile applications using Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native, or Xamarin.
  • Build secure, high-performance applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive mobile experiences.
  • Participate in Agile development, planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
  • Support application testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of mobile application development experience.
  • Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Java, Kotlin).
  • Experience with React Native, Xamarin, or similar cross-platform frameworks.
  • Knowledge of mobile application security and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating backend services and APIs.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 90 days.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DoD mobile security requirements.
  • Experience deploying applications to iOS and Android enterprise app stores.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales- or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

At ITC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $75,000–$95,000. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and any other benefits available to eligible employees.
