What you’ll do Network supervision and monitoring Trouble shooting at 1st Level of network entities Control of change and configuration management activities Network Incident and crisis management Network performance monitor Network expansions and enhancements Customer trouble tickets handling and resolving Keep record of the occurred Incidents according to local and global governance. Contribution to the development and operation of Network Management systems Who you are Self-motivation, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; innovative thinking; ability to prioritize tasks and meet schedules under pressure and always embrace and cultivate team culture. One (1) year experience in telecommunications or Computer Systems (desired) Must be able to work on 5-2 shift schedule and fulfill ad-hoc shift replacement needs. Must have technical / professional qualifications: First degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science. Very good knowledge of English language oral and written. Nice to have experience in: IP Networking (Certification such as CCNA, etc. is preferable). Fundamental understanding of and hands-on experience with network technologies including, routing/switching, VLANs, etc. Other BSS system, e.g., Siebel Programming Languages such as VBA, Shell script, C++, python.
