Role Overview
Sirva is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our Lump Sum Team. This position is accountable for actively selling Sirva’s suite of services and products to customers receiving Lump Sums or Limited Benefit packages. This position serves as the primary point of contact for employees receiving lump-sum relocation benefits, providing consultative support throughout the mobility process. This role educates transferees on program guidelines, relocation resources, and available services while ensuring a seamless and positive relocation experience. The consultant partners with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to manage mobility cases, resolve issues, and drive program compliance. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to balance multiple cases while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

- Manage end-to-end relocation cases for employees receiving Lump Sum and Limited Benefit mobility assistance.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative support regarding mobility benefits, relocation planning, and program utilization.
- Guide customers through relocation-related decisions while ensuring policy compliance and an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate mobility services and resources with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Monitor case progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely resolutions.

- Handle customer and supplier communications through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain detailed records, reporting metrics, and case notes within company systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful service delivery and achievement of operational goals.
- Support team initiatives, training activities, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and customer cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or case management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

- Position Title: Mobility Solutions Consultant-Lump Sum
- Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 USD

Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or non full-time employees
