💼 Your everyday work-life
- Identify technical solutions and sourcing needs to support business requirements
- Provide second-level support, resolving incidents and gathering the information needed for further analysis
- Ensure reliable delivery of IT services while driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with application development teams to support effective solutions and knowledge transfer
- Coordinate technical services and IT deployments for physical store projects
- Own IT improvement initiatives, projects and the escalation of complex technical issues to the appropriate specialists
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- A degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of progressive IT and end-user support experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including administration and solution development
- Familiarity with Azure technologies
- Good understanding of Windows Server administration
- Strong ownership and dependability, with the ability to plan and coordinate IT projects
