What will you do:

As a Senior Advisor - Modern Workplace Lead within KPMG’s technology practice, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact security transformations and strengthening our growing cloud security capabilities across the Benelux region. Your primary focus is on leading and delivering client engagements, while actively contributing to the expansion of KPMG’s security practice and supporting its strategic growth ambitions.

You will work with organizations across industries such as financial services, public sector, and energy & utilities, helping them design and implement secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environments. By combining deep technical expertise with strong client engagement skills, you will drive both delivery excellence and business growth.

Your responsibilities will align with one or more of the following key focus areas:

• Project delivery & client impact: Lead end-to-end modern workplace engagements, from strategy and roadmap definition to architecture, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, user-centric, and aligned with business outcomes.
• Modern workplace capability development: Build and strengthen KPMG’s modern workplace offering by developing methodologies, reusable assets, reference architectures, adoption approaches, and accelerators for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration, and AI-enabled productivity.
• Team leadership & people development: Take ownership of leading, coaching, and developing a team of modern workplace consultants. You provide technical guidance, set quality standards, foster collaboration, and help team members grow in both consulting and technology skills.
• Business development contribution: Identify and shape opportunities within existing and new client relationships, contribute to proposals, support go-to-market initiatives, and help position KPMG as a trusted partner for Microsoft-powered workplace transformation.
• Collaboration & leadership: Work closely with security, infrastructure, data, AI, change management, and business consulting teams to deliver integrated transformation programs. You actively contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and cross-border collaboration within the wider Microsoft practice.

What do you need:

• You have a strong content-driven profile in modern workplace technologies, with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Intune, Windows endpoint management, Entra ID, Purview, Defender, and related security and compliance capabilities.
• You understand how to design and implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly workplace solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, governance, and employee experience.
• You have experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI-enabled productivity solutions, including readiness, governance, adoption, use-case definition, and change enablement.
• You have a proven track record in leading modern workplace or digital transformation projects in a client-facing environment, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes in complex and fast-paced settings.
• You have the ambition, maturity, and people skills to take on a team lead role, including coaching consultants, setting direction, managing priorities, and building a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• You can translate business needs into practical workplace roadmaps and technology solutions, balancing productivity, adoption, security, compliance, cost, and operational efficiency.
• You possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in Dutch or French and English, enabling you to operate effectively in multicultural and international environments.
• You are comfortable engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders, facilitating workshops, challenging assumptions, and guiding clients through change and adoption journeys.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by industry-recognized Microsoft certifications or equivalent practical experience.
