Eligibility (Essential – Please Read)
To be considered, you
must:
- Be fully CeMAP qualified.
- Have at least 18 months’ mortgage advice experience, complex lending experience preferred.
- Have held Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within the last 12 months.

Every customer is financially profiled before reaching you, allowing you to focus on
problem-solving, conversion and earnings.
Salary & Earnings
- Basic Salary: £35,000.
- 6-Month Earnings Boost – Benefit from an additional and annualised £13,500 commission support scheme while you build your banking pot. (Terms & Conditions apply.)
- Win progression basic salary rises to £45K and on to £60K once targets are met.
- Year Two OTE: £75,000+ realistic.
- Haysto Top Performers earn: £100,000+.
Working Pattern
- Two days per week: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
- Two days per week: 11:00am – 8:00pm.
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- One weekend a month if required.
