Company Description UK Mortgage Centre is a nationwide mortgage and protection advisory firm that began as a family-run business in Warrington in 2017. The team supports clients across the UK with clear, honest guidance on first-time purchases, remortgages, buy-to-let investments, commercial mortgages, bridging loans, and insurance. The company works closely with solicitors and estate agents to make the mortgage process smoother and less stressful for clients. UK Mortgage Centre is proudly carbon neutral, planting a tree for every client to support a greener future. The firm operates as an Appointed Representative of Refresh Mortgage Network Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Role Description The Mortgage & Protection Adviser will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients, guiding them through the full application process from initial consultation to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs and affordability, sourcing suitable mortgage and protection products, preparing and submitting applications, and liaising with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to keep cases progressing smoothly. The adviser will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver clear explanations of products, fees, and risks to help clients make informed decisions. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Warrington with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The adviser will also contribute to building client relationships, supporting repeat business, referrals, and the company’s reputation for trustworthy, stress-free service.
