Requirements Review and evaluate residential mortgage loan files. Make timely underwriting decisions while ensuring compliance with agency and investor requirements. Work closely with internal teams to support an efficient loan process. Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and customer service. If you're an experienced mortgage underwriter with strong FHA VA knowledge, a thorough understanding of mortgage guidelines, and the ability to communicate effectively, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate is organized, exercises sound judgment, and has recent residential mortgage underwriting experience. Must have an active FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) certification and active VA SAR/LAPP to be considered. Salary Description $70,000 - $90,000/ per year
