Role Description The Motion & Graphic Designer is a part-time, remote role responsible for creating visually engaging content to support IT Pro Services’ digital presence and client projects. Day-to-day tasks include designing motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and explainer videos, as well as producing short video assets for web and advertising use. The designer will develop graphics for websites, presentations, and digital marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all visual communications. The role involves collaborating with marketing and technical teams to translate complex technology concepts into clear, compelling visuals, managing multiple design requests, and delivering assets on schedule. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and effective communication in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for digital marketing, explainer content, and branded visual storytelling.
• Experience with Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and preparing assets for web and social platforms.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for web pages, presentations, ads, and social media content.
• Advanced skills with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems, with an eye for clean, modern visual styles.
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
• Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, or technology services is a plus, as is experience designing for B2B marketing.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in motion design, graphic design, multimedia, or a related field.
