Motion Graphic Designer

This role is responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations and multimedia content that bring brands to life across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and passionate about visual storytelling, capable of producing high-quality animations and motion assets that enhance marketing campaigns, social media content and brand experiences.

The Anything Group LLC is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media and branded experiences.
• Create engaging animated assets, explainer videos, promotional content, logo animations and visual effects.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Videographers and Marketing teams to develop compelling visual storytelling.
• Transform creative briefs and storyboards into polished motion graphics and animations.
• Develop motion assets for websites, presentations, advertisements and digital campaigns.
• Edit video content, including footage selection and assembly, pacing, transitions, music and sound design, and the integration of animation, typography and visual effects when needed.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity and creative direction across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.
• Maintain organized project files, templates and animation libraries for efficient collaboration.
• Research emerging animation techniques, creative technologies and design trends to continuously improve creative output.
• Support creative brainstorming sessions by contributing innovative visual concepts and motion design ideas.

Personal & Professional skills

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, Video Production or a related field (preferred).
• Have 2+ years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation or Multimedia Design.
• Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation and video editing projects.
• Possess advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Have experience creating content for social media, digital marketing and branded campaigns.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, color theory and visual storytelling.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
• Possess excellent creativity, attention to detail and time management skills.
• Be capable of managing multiple creative projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or other 3D software is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of sound design, video production or visual effects is considered a plus.

Working conditions & Benefits
