About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in visual storytelling, animation, and digital content creation, with the ability to transform ideas into engaging videos and motion graphics.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career designers who want to build their skills while working on real-world projects across healthcare, wellness, technology, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Design reels, promotional videos, explainer videos, advertisements, and branded content.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Content, Design, and Product teams to develop creative visual concepts.
• Convert concepts, scripts, and storyboards into visually appealing motion content.
• Create animations using typography, illustrations, icons, transitions, and visual effects.
• Edit and enhance existing video footage when required.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Adapt creative content into different formats and dimensions for various social media platforms.
• Stay updated with current motion design, video editing, AI, and social media trends.
• Take feedback from team members and make revisions accordingly.
• Organize and maintain project files and creative assets.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of motion principles, transitions, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging social media content.
• Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Basic knowledge of 2D animation and character animation.
• Knowledge of Figma or Canva.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative/video tools.
• Basic understanding of sound design and video editing.
• Experience working with healthcare, wellness, technology, or educational content is a plus.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical skills.
• A portfolio/showreel is required.
