Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role at Dec6 Inc. is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, we are currently on WFH model which could change to a hybrid model going further. The person in this role will lead the creation of visual concepts and designs for digital campaigns, brand identities, websites, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining brand systems, designing logos and typography treatments, and producing high-quality graphics that align with strategic objectives. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with strategy, development, and marketing teams to ensure visual deliverables support performance goals and maintain brand consistency. This role also involves mentoring junior designers, presenting design directions to stakeholders, and proactively contributing to creative innovation across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design, with a proven portfolio of digital and brand-focused work.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Branding and Logo Design, including creating cohesive visual identities for diverse clients.
• Candidates should possess solid Typography skills, with the ability to select, customize, and apply type for clear, impactful communication.
• Candidates should possess UI/UX design skills, with sufficient prior experience in this area
• Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and be comfortable working across digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of 4–6 years of professional design experience; agency or startup experience and a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field are beneficial.
• Candidates should possess the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and stay current with design and digital trends.
