Motion Graphics Designer
Q Media | Remote — Mexico | Full-time | English required
We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who combines excellent visual design with thoughtful animation and storytelling.
DESIGN QUALITY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.
We care about composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and taste, alongside animation timing, pacing, and transitions. Your portfolio and motion work will be central to our review.
What you will do
• Develop visual concepts, style frames, and storyboards for motion projects.
• Create polished motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and branded visual content.
• Design assets in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and animate them in Adobe After Effects.
• Prepare exports for different formats, resolutions, and platforms.
• Organize project files and assets for efficient revisions and handoff.
• Review your work carefully, incorporate feedback, and communicate clearly in English.
What you bring
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both visual design and motion graphics skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong understanding of typography, composition, color, timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and the ability to take a project from brief to finished animation.
• Based in Mexico and available for full-time remote work.
• Comfortable spoken and written English.
Experience with Premiere Pro, broadcast graphics, or 3D tools is a plus.
