Job Summary 2-5 years' experience in short-term insurance motor claims. Experience handling both drivable and non-drivable motor claims. Knowledge of claim registration, assessment, repair processes, and settlement procedures. Experience working with brokers, assessors, panel beaters, and customersManage and process drivable and non-drivable motor vehicle claims within agreed service levels, ensuring accurate assessment, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. Job Description Register and manage motor claims from notification to settlement Assess drivable and non-drivable claims Liaise with clients, service providers, assessors, and repairers Authorise repairs in line with company guidelines Ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions Resolve customer queries and complaints Maintain accurate claim records and documentation Minimum Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 Relevant Short-Term Insurance qualification (advantageous) FAIS-compliant qualifications (preferred) RE5 (advantageous) Experience Required 2-5 years' experience in short-term insurance motor claims Experience handling both drivable and non-drivable motor claims Knowledge of claim registration, assessment, repair processes, and settlement procedures Experience working with brokers, assessors, panel beaters, and customers Education Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
