What is the mission about? - Job Description NextLink is having an existing position as a MS Copilot adoption specialist in Brussels area, Belgium. General information: - Start date: ASAP - Duration: 12 months renewable - Workload: full time (2 days on site 3 days remote) - Work location: Brussels area, Belgium Description: As part of the Digital Servicing team, we are strengthening our capabilities around Microsoft Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365, which are key enablers of productivity, collaboration, and AI adoption across the organization. We are looking for a Copilot Adoption Specialist who will play a central role in driving the day-to-day adoption, usage, and continuous improvement of Copilot solutions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, user experience, training, and community management, with a strong focus on empowering end users and maximizing business value from Copilot. The mission of this role is to support, animate, and scale the effective use of Copilot, ensuring users are well supported, informed about new capabilities, and guided toward best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Copilot Adoption & Community Management • Build, manage, and animate user communities around Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365. • Foster engagement through regular communications, events, sessions, and knowledge sharing. • Act as a visible point of contact and ambassador for Copilot within the organization. - User Enablement & Training • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials adapted to different user profiles. • Share tips & tricks, use cases, and best practices to help users get the most out of Copilot features. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning paths and onboarding content. - User Support & Operational Follow-up • Provide day-to-day functional support to users, answering questions and helping resolve usagerelated issues. • Identify recurring issues or adoption barriers and propose improvement actions. - Product Watch, Testing & Recommendations • Closely follow the evolution of Copilot features and roadmap. • Test new functionalities as they become available. • Produce clear reports and recommendations on new features, including potential use cases, risks, and adoption value. - Prompt Library Management • Help design, maintain, and promote a centralized prompt library. • Curate, test, and document high-value prompts aligned with business needs. • Encourage community contributions while ensuring quality and relevance. - License Management & Adoption Insights • Support the management and monitoring of Copilot licenses. • Help ensure licenses are used effectively and aligned with organizational priorities. Profile: • L anguage: English fluent + French fluent + Dutch fluent • Min. 5 years of professional experience • A master’s degree in computer sciences, engineering or equivalent technical field is prefered. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot systems • Technological watch for Copilot products • Autonomous, proactive • Client oriented ; used to work with business counterparts • Excellent communication skills • Excellent organizationnal and coordination skills • AI development skills: Azure OpenAI, RAG, Azure AI Foundry, PP AI Builder, Azure AI Search (vectors), …
