MS Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant in Sofia Workster is partnering with a leading global technology and professional services firm to recruit an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant for its international operations in Sofia, Bulgaria . Join a diverse and collaborative team delivering finance and ERP transformation projects across Europe. In this role, you’ll implement Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, support business process design, ensure successful deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and value realisation. Your Role Lead requirements workshops with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules to meet business needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash and Bank Management Develop functional specifications, process flows and configuration guides Perform solution customisation and extensions using standard Dynamics 365 tools and collaborate with technical developers for complex custom development Execute system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with data migration activities Provide training, produce user documentation and support change management activities to ensure adoption Collaborate with project managers, architects and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Offer post-go-live support and optimisation recommendations to improve finance processes and system performance Ensure solutions comply with local regulatory and reporting requirements in Bulgaria and other operating countries as required Your Qualifications Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant , ideally on multiple full lifecycle implementations Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany, tax and statutory reporting) Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 Finance modules and working with Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Automate) is advantageous Experience with data migration tools and processes, integration patterns and testing methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills Strong communication skills in English (C1 or above); Bulgarian language skills are advantageous but not required Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams, and to manage stakeholder expectations Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field preferred The Offer Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home Competitive remuneration package Home office allowance 25 days of paid annual leave Additional private health insurance Food vouchers Public transportation card Employee Assistance Program (Mental Health, Legal & Financial Counselling) Optional parking space Multisport card Modern office in a Class A business building in Sofia Comprehensive training, mentorship and certification support Access to over 15,000 LinkedIn Learning courses to support professional development Opportunity to work on international transformation projects within a company that values diversity, inclusion, sustainability and mutual trust Locations Sofia Bulgaria Remote status Hybrid
