MS Dynamics 365 Project Manager (Remote within Poland)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within a technology consulting environment.

This is a client-facing role combining end-to-end project ownership, technical understanding and delivery leadership across complex implementation projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects from planning through to delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating project meetings and managing escalations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure transparent reporting, delivery quality and adherence to agreed standards.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing technology implementation projects within a consulting or systems integration environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Confidence leading client relationships, challenging assumptions and making delivery decisions.
• Experience managing complex projects, stakeholder expectations and delivery risks.
• A proactive, structured and solutions-focused approach.
• German language is advantageous.
