MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader

We are currently looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchases Functional Stream Leader to join a global digital transformation program. In this role, you will lead the Sales & Purchases functional stream within a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation, ensuring successful deployment of the global core model across multiple regions while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Project scope:

• Lead and manage the Sales & Purchases functional stream throughout the global D365 F&O implementation program
• Coordinate, mentor, and onboard a team of Sales & Purchases functional consultants
• Validate consultants' functional competencies before project onboarding
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Data Migration, Development, and Integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
• Work closely with client stakeholders and project leadership to align business requirements with the global core model
• Review and ensure the quality of functional deliverables, including solution designs, configurations, and testing documentation
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support key business decisions
• Lead functional workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client teams
• Support successful deployment and adoption of the solution during rollout, go-live, and hypercare phases

Competence demands:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales & Purchases modules
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order management, customer master data, pricing, invoicing, shipment, credit management, and billing
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor management, and approval workflows
• Experience with integration concepts, including APIs, EDI, middleware, interface validation, and data mapping
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering international ERP implementation and core model rollout projects
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading data migration activities, including ETL processes and data reconciliation
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior business stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in an international environment
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Previous experience leading global Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O transformation programs
• Experience working with distributed international delivery teams
• Knowledge of manufacturing and finance business processes within D365 F&O
• Experience working in multinational enterprise environments
