Project – the aim you’ll have Our client provides Secure Manage IT Services in the BeNeLux market and is one of the largest providers of cloud infrastructure to the government sector in Netherlands. You will be supporting our partner in handling ongoing requests from their customers regarding Windows platforms and automation. Position – how you’ll contribute Day-to-day support and maintenance of various platforms and services Windows system maintenance Lifecycle management Configuration management Systems and process automation Technical leadership of the Windows/platform area Definition and delivery of projects within the area Mentoring and knowledge sharing Standards, security, and compliance Continuous improvement of platforms, processes, and tooling Stakeholder and client interaction Expectations – the experience you need 5+ years in Windows systems/platform engineering, including at least 1–2 years with broader ownership (leading work, driving projects, or coordinating others) Configuration and maintenance of Windows Server environments Patching and lifecycle management of Windows and accompanying services Domain services: Active Directory (ADFS a plus, depending on your estate - see note) PowerShell scripting, plus at least one other programming language (Python preferred) Using Ansible to manage systems and processes Virtualisation fundamentals — solid in at least one of VMware / KVM / OpenStack Maintenance of infrastructure tooling hosted on Windows systems Creating and maintaining technical documentation IAM/SSO with Entra ID; LDAP Additional skills – the edge you have Secrets/password management: Delinea or HashiCorp Vault Content/configuration management: Ivanti suite, Chocolatey Our offer – professional development, personal growth: Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients International business trips Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives Position at: Software Mind Poland
