MSP IT Engineer / Service Desk Analyst

Looking for an MSP role where you actually own the problem from start to finish?

We’re working with an established managed services business looking for a Senior MSP Engineer to join their team.

The role:

• Primarily work from home

• 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday

• No after-hours or weekend work

• Client-facing support + project work

• Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, security & cloud

• Client site visits when required

• Training & certifications provided

We’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience working in an MSP

• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server & networking skills

• Comfortable supporting Windows & Mac environments

• Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills

• Brisbane-based with a driver's licence and vehicle
