Job Summary
We are seeking a MuleSoft / Salesforce Integration Developer to design and implement secure, high-performance connections between Salesforce and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will build reusable API networks and custom web services to synchronize critical data across ERPs, databases, and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop enterprise-grade APIs and integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager).
  • Build robust endpoints connecting Salesforce with external ERPs (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), custom databases, and legacy backend applications.
  • Implement synchronous and asynchronous patterns utilizing REST/SOAP web services, AnyPoint MQ, Kafka, and Salesforce Pub/Sub API.
  • Write complex data transformations using DataWeave 2.0 to map intricate data payloads between disparate enterprise systems.
  • Develop custom Salesforce programmatic components including Apex REST/SOAP callouts, Apex web services, and Platform Events to trigger integration logic.
  • Apply strict security standards across integrations, including OAuth 2.0 authentication, SSL/TLS encryption, and API policy enforcement.
  • Diagnose and optimize integration performance, addressing API latency, payload bottlenecks, and bulk data loading constraints.




Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of core middleware and CRM integration experience, with 4+ dedicated years developing connections directly tied to Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and Salesforce programmatic tools (Apex, Triggers).
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), JSON/XML payloads, and Salesforce API governance (Governor Limits).
  • Mandatory certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) OR Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
  • Prior experience working with large-scale, real-time data synchronization pipelines across global, multi-region database architectures.
