What You’ll Be Doing Reporting directly to a UK-based manager, you will shape how a wide portfolio of brands shows up across print, digital, and packaging assets. In this hands-on role, you will: Bring Brands to Life: Create stunning, high-impact visuals across a diverse multi-brand portfolio while mastering unique brand identities. Craft Standout Print & Packaging: Take product packaging, box labels, selector guides, and product directories from inspiring concepts to print-ready perfection. Drive Digital Success: Build engaging social media graphics, sharp sales pitch decks, digital campaign assets, and professional CPD presentations. Own Your Workflow: Manage and prioritize your design projects smoothly from start to finish using modern tools like Wrike. Champion Visual Excellence: Deliver top-tier, accurate designs with an eye for detail and brand consistency. Streamline Creative Assets: Keep asset libraries organized so your amazing designs are always accessible and ready to shine. Must-Have Qualifications 3 to 6 Years of Multi-Brand Experience: Proven success crafting packaging, print, and digital assets whether agency-side balancing multiple client accounts or in-house managing a vibrant brand portfolio. Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert-level fluency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Print & Packaging Know-How: Hands-on experience with pre-press setups, layout design, and product packaging. Detail & Autonomy: Strong time-management skills and the confidence to seamlessly handle multiple brand identities. Collaborative Spirit: Clear, warm communication with a positive, adaptable approach to feedback. Bonus Points For Basic motion graphics/video editing skills (Adobe After Effects). Familiarity with Canva for rapid content creation. Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Trello). Background in B2B, manufacturing, construction, or hardware design. Ready to Apply?
