Multi-Line Claims Supervisor
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 annually

Job Summary
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
· Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 5-8 adjusters handling complex General Liability claims
· Provide technical guidance on hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, and premises liability exposures
· Assist adjusters in managing litigated claims from inception through resolution
· Review liability investigations, damages evaluations, reserve adequacy, litigation strategy, and settlement recommendations
· Conduct regular file reviews and audits to ensure compliance with client requirements, jurisdictional regulations, and company standards
· Partner with defense counsel on litigation strategy, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation
· Assist with complex claim negotiations, settlement authority decisions, and claim resolution strategies
· Monitor inventory levels and allocate workloads to maintain service commitments and quality expectations
· Analyze claim trends, loss drivers, and operational opportunities for continuous improvement
· Communicate claim performance and operational metrics to leadership and clients
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional development, and technical excellence
What Success Looks Like
Within the first six months, the successful candidate will:

- · Consistently meet quality, compliance, and service expectations
- · Improve file handling consistency and litigation management practices
- · Serve as a trusted technical resource for complex hospitality and premises liability claims
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 8 years of experience handling complex General Liability claims through litigation
· Significant experience handling hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, and/or premises liability claims
· Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing claims professionals
· Demonstrated experience managing litigated casualty claims from investigation through resolution
· Strong understanding of:
o Premises liability investigations
o Liability determination
o Litigation management
o Damages evaluation
o Reserve analysis
o Mediation and settlement strategies
o Coverage and risk transfer concepts
· Experience overseeing claim inventories and managing adjuster performance
· Proven ability to balance quality, compliance, customer service, and productivity objectives
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Active Adjuster License or Designated Home State (DHS) License required
· Ability to obtain and maintain additional jurisdictional licenses as needed
· Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-state claims handling experience
- Multi-state General Liability claims handling experience
- Experience working with self-insured entities, large deductible programs, or commercial casualty accounts
- Prior TPA experience
- Professional designations such as:
- AIC
- CPCU
- SCLA
- ARM

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
CCMSI offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Paid time off accrues throughout the year in accordance with company policy, with paid holidays and eligibility for retirement programs in accordance with plan documents.
