Salary Range: $25.59 To $38.14 Hourly Warner Pacific Multi Market Analyst- Remote Level Funded Center of Excellence Position Summary The Multi-Market Analyst is responsible for supporting the Large Group and Level Funded business for our broker community, and carrier partners by analyzing health insurance RFPs (Requests for Proposal), ensuring accurate and timely quoting processes, and contributing to the effective delivery of group health proposals. The Multi-Market Analyst works both independently and collaboratively with the Sales Team, Brokers, and other internal departments to provide exceptional service and support in the creation of employee benefits packages. This role demands precision, proactive communication, and a solid understanding of health insurance markets and carrier expectations. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in Excel, the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into a consistent format, and strong communication skills for collaboration with internal support specialists, sales consultants, and brokers. The ability to meet tight timeframes and deadlines is essential in this fast-paced environment. Overview of Responsibilities New Business Support Analyze RFP documents provided by Brokers and/or Sales Consultants and prepare carrier requests with a high degree of accuracy. Efficiently manage a high volume of quote requests, balancing speed and accuracy to maintain productivity that meets or exceeds departmental standards. Enter and maintain quoting activity in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) in real time. Follow up with Brokers and/or Sales Consultants on outstanding documents and information as per department workflow. Initiate and manage follow-ups with carrier partners regarding RFP status to ensure timely quote delivery. Collaborate with Sales Team to communicate quoting strategy and key priorities to partner carriers. Support the preparation of spreadsheet comparisons by working closely with Multi-Market Administrators and Sales Team. Ensure timely responses to emails, calls, and instant messages in line with department service level standards. Accurately log and close sold group opportunities in CRM systems to meet internal visibility and Finance Team deadlines. Monitor and flag opportunities for process improvement, communicating suggestions to the Supervisor. Collaborate with brokers on complex quote requests, ensuring the delivery of detailed and accurate quotes. For assigned state or market, provide underwriting support by reviewing master documentation and ensuring carriers receive complete and accurate data required to initiate implementation. As applicable to supported markets, participate in implementation calls, offering consultative support to brokers, carriers, and clients to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. When required for assigned state, facilitate the transfer of enrollment data into carrier-specific templates, ensuring all members are accurately captured in alignment with open enrollment elections. Apply knowledge of carrier-specific underwriting guidelines, where applicable, to support brokers and sales consultants with accurate and compliant submissions. Client Communication Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication with internal teams, brokers, and carrier partners throughout all quoting and sales processes. Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure clarity and accuracy in all written and verbal communications. Facilitate seamless hand-offs and information sharing across Sales, Administrative, Service and Finance teams. Conduct external training in support of new onboarding agencies. Collaboration & Team Support Partner closely with the Sales Team and Multi-Market Administrators to ensure cohesive and efficient proposal delivery. Act as a resource to teammates by helping, sharing best practices, and supporting overall department goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions and strategy sessions. Process Improvement Recommend process improvements within the quoting and new business workflow/system to enhance efficiency, minimize errors, and improve turnaround times. Propose changes to enhance the customer experience throughout the quoting and new business process. Participate in projects as assigned by manager or leadership team. Market & Product Knowledge Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare insurance market, including carrier products, benefits, plan structures, and underwriting guidelines. Stay informed on state-specific market trends to assist in supporting both new business and renewal purchasing decisions. Assist Sales in evaluating proposals and offering market insights to enhance broker consultation and client decision-making. Review carrier proposals to ensure quotes include all requested details/plans. Additional Skills and Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior quoting/Associate Multi-Market Analyst experience, a minimum of 3 years. Intermediate proficiency in using quoting software, CRM/Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools. Communicates effectively and confidently across a variety of channels, tailoring messages to different audiences and ensuring clarity in both client and internal communications. Delivers a high-quality customer experience by building trusted relationships, addressing complex client needs, and proactively managing account activities to ensure satisfaction. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex information. Demonstrates consistent accuracy and thoroughness. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments, contributing to shared goals and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Wor king Conditions While this position allows for remote work, there may be occasional in-office attendance for meetings, team collaborations, and other essential activities. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime during peak periods, holidays, and weekends as directed by management. Minimal travel may be required for client meetings or training sessions. Compensation Hourly Range: $25.59 - $38.14 per hour.
